This is a superb trail laid out on a tree covered hillside bordering a sewage works access road.(don't be put off) The mountain bike trail is situated within the Bradford area boundary bordering Guiseley in Leeds. The site attracts mountain bikers daily. On weekends it can get busy.

The area is open to the public. There is public footpath which runs through the wood above the pre-defined permitted area used for the mountain bike trail. Bike riders are requested to stay on the trail and not to venture into other parts of the wood which is protected ancient woodland.

The site is accessible by road and the Leeds-Liverpool canal towpath which is closeby. Railway stations are close by at both Shipley and Apperley Bridge.

Tell us what you think of this trail, or tell us about other trails near Leeds?
